The house was built on this property in the late 1800’s.

I have no records until 1944 when E.W. and Minnie Ramm sold it to U.M. Cooke, March 6 1944.

July 1, 1949 they sold the house to B. Frank Cooke. Franke Cooke and his family lived here for 15 years and sold it to Dr. CC and Willye Jowell September 29,1964.

The Jowell’s sold the House to Deral and Doris Morris May 31, 1967. They put the rock on the outside and added the round windows on the porch. They raised their children and stayed on the property until they passed and then the daughters put the property up for sale.
